What we do
Cargo owners post what they are sending and choose a driver themselves from a pool where every licence, plate and truck has been checked. Truck owners register their fleet and their drivers, and are told the moment one of their trucks is taken for a load.
What our agents actually do
A TrustConnect agent does not approve your match and cannot block it. Agents are the people on the ground in each state. They see the connections happening around them and, at pickup, confirm two simple things: that the load owner brought the cargo, and that the driver brought the truck. Their job is to make sure both sides are satisfied, not to stand between them.
How we earn
One flat fee per connection, from each side, based only on the size of the load. No percentage of your freight rate, no monthly subscription, no charge for browsing. See the fee bands.
Where we work
All 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. Agent coverage grows state by state; a connection can be made anywhere, and agent check-in is available wherever we have someone on the ground.
